Done and reviews

JavaScript: The Good Parts, Douglas Crockford (Yahoo Press)

Book which changed my view of JavaScript and what it really is. Really useful for developers coming from front-end development bubble and moving to Node.js backend. (Or any deeper understanding than UI manipulation.)

Content was easy to understand and it was fun. Not much bigger real life examples. That means this book doesn't get old with after couple new frameworks.
